Prakash Desai Founder

Prakash Desai is the Chairman of “Life Group” and has over 50 years of experience in the life insurance Industry. With a Bachelor of Science Degree from Mumbai University he started “LIFE GROUP” in 1975 and has been the backbone ever since. He was privileged to be a part of the first Batch of MDRTs (Million Dollar Round Table Conference) representing India, in 1979 and has received innumerable awards from the LIFE Insurance industry. He has tirelessly worked to expand the business of “LIFE GROUP” by creating rock solid relationships with customers and various business houses. With extensive knowledge in the field of Life Insurance and deep relationships within the Industry, He continues to guide and direct the vision of “LIFE GROUP” based on value systems developed over the years, and of course the “Earned Goodwill”.   He has now dedicated his life to various philanthropist and social activities and is the Managing Trustee of PNR Society, based out of Gujarat , India. Biraj Desai Director

Biraj Desai is a qualified General Insurance Fellow from the Insurance Institute of India and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with over 10 years of experience in Life and General Insurance, Financial Services, and Investments. Biraj is the Founder and Managing Director at “LIFE GROUP”. His unwavering passion for client servicing and claims management has made him a Stallworth in the insurance industry, and he has been actively involved in being a part of various committees and training programs for the betterment of the insurance industry. Spearheading the Marketing and Client Relations with his firm belief in the philosophy of Win- Win- Win Culture, he has been instrumental in taking the business to new heights. In addition to this, he is also a Managing Partner at “LIFE Investment Services”, one of the sister concerns of “LIFE GROUP”. He has been advising clients on investments in various asset classes such as Mutual Funds, Direct Equity, Debt and Real Estate. “LIFE Investment Services” has also been active in raising funds (debt and equity) for Mature Business as well as for Start-ups.

Payal Desai Director

Payal Desai has been part of the General Insurance industry for over a decade now. With a vast exposure over the past 10 years – ranging from Corporate marketing at a Broking services organisation, to Corporate Underwriting at Bajaj Allianz Insurance and now a partner and advisor at our Insurance Intermediary. This multi-faceted exposure comes to our great advantage at LIFE GROUP. Payal is also co-founder at LIFE GROUP (www.lifegroup.net.in). She supervises the underwriting for Corporate as well as Retail Insurance portfolios of our clients. In addition to this, she looks into the Renewal vertical for all lines of business. Since past 2 years Payal is actively involved in Insurance training and Digital marketing programs and academics.

Viral Trivedi Director

Viral is Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 19 years of experience in financial services and capital market. His experience includes Equity Research and Trading, Wealth Management, Financial & Investment Planning, Corporate Finance, Investment Advisory and Fund Raising for corporate. Currently Viral is Founder- Managing Partner at consulting & advisory firm LIFE Investment Services- (www.lifegroup.net.in). At LIFE Investment Services, Viral manages Equity investments/ portfolios of clients. In addition to Equities, the firm also advises clients on investments in various other asset classes such as Mutual Funds, Real Estate. LIFE Investment is also active in raising funds (debt and equity) for mature business as well as for Start-ups. Since past 5 years Viral is actively involved in training and academics. Currently Viral is associated with Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS, Mumbai), RICS School of Built Environment (Amity University, Mumbai), Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research (SIMSR, Mumbai), Dun & Bradstreet (D&B, Mumbai) as visiting faculty. Viral delivers sessions on Accounts & Corporate finance, Real Estate- Asset Valuations, Strategic finance management, Capital markets, Equity research and Valuations.
